imo, the amount of cash they had, the rate they were burning through it and how much money they would require to get this off the ground the discount to ASM raising from $7 would he huge.. otherwise investors would be buying in quite high for actual market value.. for what investors buy i to this, it needs to yield them a fair profit. better question would be, why at this stage was ASM trading at $6 or $7
