They have the approvals, I recall a meeting years ago I attended to regarding the treatment of the uranium byproduct. I believe their were 3 greens in the room that questioned the safety. I guess the difference between Aussies and the Malaysians is that Aussie locals accept process and are satisfied that Uranium will not be an issue. There must have been 50 locals in the meeting. ASM have strong local support.
