5 day VWAP = $5.36
10 day VWAP = $5.47
With the S&P rebalance effective on Monday of this week, the timing of this CR may not be co-incidental?
Under the listing rules i think the maximum discount is 20% so on 5.36 i calculate a discount of $1.07 or an issue price of $4.29. I sincerely hope that is not the case and that retail investors get a chance to participate.
