Out of curiosity do you think it will be just for corporate expenses or do you believe they will go large for the possible funding of the KMP. I still find the timing strange as the detailed engineering and Board approval for the project is not due to near the end of next quarter. That said, and I like this option, build it and they will come. Raise the capital, have the cash in the bank to show investors / off takers you do not need to compromise on contracts tied up with a capital injection. Better deals.
