This is very positive, having a stock of U308 indicates to me we are very close to startup. What a great thing to tell a new client, yes we can supply your needs and by the way we have some U308 now if like "dine in or take away". Using some of the raise to get the plant ready is also a good thing if that happens, we only need $60million so if they use $10million now they may be able to place orders for equipment that has a lead time. Just guessing but very good news and Duncan is very sharp and very tuned to managing the money.
