Now that OD have played their games and looked after themselves, and their clients, I'd be very surprised if the outcome isn't favourable for CHK as planned. However, I also said last time I'd be very surprised if the drilling results weren't at least decent.
As mentioned by @bbdrf, if this is resolved positively then the company can finally get back to business
