I assume you mean NEU don't forget the deal also included double digit royalties on top of the $450 milestone payments and a free carry to market although not liked by the market I was quite happy as it allowed them to focus on the development of their other drugs and wouldn't mind a similar deal, one market only all costs covered through phase 3 and double digit royalties with ROW to commercialise at any stage.
