Announcement was lost on the noise? Irrational market reaction? I think the balloon will float just a delayed response. Fundamentals always catch up. This is why I am patiently waiting for the tin OT announcement I think the market will finally start getting really excited about AVZ as its a very hot commodity and "trendy."
