if it’s yibin taking 70 then the plus is that they are finally committing but it leaves 130 to fill . If this is all the news then sp may not move much would be my guess . Let’s see what the news confirms and how the market reacts . If/when Europe/non-Chinese entity weighs in then I would expect the sp to buzz up then .
