Mate, one thing with this company is that it can be very difficult to guess their announcements but for discussion purposes, a regulatory milestone refers primarily, IMO, to the rubber-stamping of a product, a licence or permit that has been in the process of approval through a statutory body or authority.
For CGB, it could cover 3 things: I have put them in an order that might seem logical.
1) CannTab Export permit. I saw this review yesterday,

2) TGA approves Pharmocann's Skincare range, OR
3) AA BIO in Thailand receives permits to go ahead with cultivation or manufacturing with Cann Global Thailand.
