    When it's a S708 deal the term sheet is strictly confidential until the capital is raised, thus the term sheet (and details) will be announced once institutional investors have got allocations. the term sheet is released to S708s as soon as the trading halt is placed on.

    have received allocation and now glad to be now joining this undervalued project.
