Get the nurses, ambos etc ready because I have been quickly joining some dots & it appears to be Aldi.

Aldi recently announced that they will offer wine & special buys via online delivery.

This is exactly how they started in the UK in 2016.

And Aldi use a German 3PL/4PL company called Dachser in the UK for all the warehousing/deliveries & they use their bonded warehouses too.

Who is an Australian 4PL company specializing in wine logistics/bonded warehouses? And they are brand agnostic in the industry. DW8.

Whoever mentioned that Aldi will do their own deliveries or they can go direct to Auspost etc = incorrect they don't appear to work that way.

We have never had a material announcement before. It is revenue associated & quite a bit for it to be material in this instance.

UK & Australia have a lot of similarities. Aldi will copy the formula that worked in the UK.
