Historically the upgrades have been delayed. When they have said April, I'm sure a lot of people used that information to either sell down with the intention to buy back in mid April with the belief it will likely be end of April if not May.To go into a halt 31st March, man I had a good laugh. I hope there are a lot of people caught out chasing the FB pump stocks who will scramble to get back in
