I'm tipping it'll be Chinese. Japan's way too slow to act. LYC already has plenty of heavy REEs at Mt Weld.
Shenghe is very active globally. GGG is stuck and Mountain Pass has no heavy REEs.
China Northern had a failed crack at NTU and want heavy REEs.
Or perhaps another Chinese co. that's been impacted by the Myanmar supply squeeze?
