If this MOU is with Lynas than well done and congratulation to all holders!! But if this MOU is with Chinese communist company Shenge Resources then in my opinion IXR SP will go down like a stone. Many investors will try to exit the position. I think not many investors are ready to invest into Chinese RE project in Africa nowadays.
