This big players are involve for long time already. And they all sitting in the same boat, make money on the back of private investors. You can see it now again, make a placement at 2c, why not with 3c or higher?
I know this company for 15 years now, and i know how much money they have burned for bullshit. Once they were listed in canada because it would bring so much money to the company, because at the canada market is the mining money. It brings no value, only millions of dollars lost for listing and delisting. And many other mistakes they make and burned money.
It was good that the ROC goverment give them presure now to make forward. If they would not do it, we will not have a mine in 20 years. But now they have to do it, or they lose the license.
What do you think were the shareprice can go? We have after this placement 5 billion shares?

I only believe that the miningcompany from Chile SQM will later make an take over for 200 Mio $. They will win and we all will lose.
