Hi Zdog. I think you'll find everyone was in agreement that Companion Equity and Working Capital would be raised at some point. However the suggestion that a Majority Debt Funding Deal with Minimal Dilution on all fronts, was always met with multiple negative responses suggesting anything like this was remotely possible.
I just find it disgusting how every time a holder was to mention a Majority Debt Funding Deal being a real possibility, this notion was was left to be savagely attacked with unqualified and unsubstantiated information by the Jaundiced Cult.
