This is an incredible acquisition. Extramed is already EBITDA positive stand alone and offers numerous entry points to new trusts. 100% this will translate into more ALC contracts as management will literally now have a foot in the door behind the scenes to assess the current systems in hospitals and be face to face with the new Trusts' management.
Minimal dilution, 32c is fantastic. I would suspect this will be heavily oversubscribed and/or move north pretty quickly after the raise is complete. Also an SPP for the retail investors (I'm not a fan off this) however management have thought about existing shareholders. If existing ALC management take up any of the SPP at these levels, that will show even more confidence.
