The acquisition is only $9.6m out of $17.5m & ALC still have a significant amount of cash from the last raise so the acquisition must require considerable additional resources to grow. Especially as ALC is at BE & the acquisition is CF+
If ALC are able to sign up the 6 additional trusts to ALC products it'll increase the annual revenue by approx 25%, not to mention the other new opportunities it brings.
Not sure whether the sp will shoot up on trading again but this is a massive positive for the future.
