    are we over thinking this acquisition
    is it a simple case of;

    1. take out a competitor
    2. reduce future potential risk (buy them before someone does)
    3. expand market share & put a strangle hold on NHS

    that completes the Phase 1 UK market strategy
    focus now turns to implementation and integration

    Question for Kate is where to next . . .
    Canada ???
