    Generally price trades back to the offer price after a cap raise.
    The offer also has a Retail scale back, & to a degree seems dependent on your current holdings which could determine if you get your full allotment or only part which could also mean waiting for your refund(s) as I think it will be oversubscribed.

    I'll sit out and possibly buy on market after the new equity lists.

    Overall seems a good fit.
