haven't read ALL messages above however they mentioned "transaction" more than once in the announcement. I've not seen this before for a straight up capital raise.
Something is being acquired or sold.
In other news, I own IOU which shot up 14% today. Mabye Z1p is buying IOU to tap into SEA market. Although then I think IOU would also be in trading halt?
pure speculation from my part.
