When aquiring Quadpay didnt they state this on page 2 of the trading halt announcement? Trading halt cap raise, for an acquisition. I remember that well because i wasnt holding at the time and it cut deep. This just states CR and thats all. Sorry chumps looks like a standard raise to me IMO
