The trading halt is requested as the Company is considering undertaking a capital raising (Transaction). For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, and in support of its request, the Company advises that: • the Company wishes the trading halt to remain in place until the Company releases an announcement in relation to the Transaction, or the commencement of normal trading on Friday 16 April 2021, whichever is earlier; • the Company is seeking the trading halt to assist in managing its disclosure obligations and maintaining an orderly market in the trading of the Company’s shares, and to ensure that trading does not take place in an uninformed market; • the Company expects that the trading halt will be ended by it making an announcement to ASX in relation to the Transaction; and • the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor is it aware of any other information required to be provided to the market or ASX in relation to the trading halt.
