To many of you are overreacting to this capital raise. Not all capital raises are equal and raising capital for a strong acquisition into new markets with strong pipelines and growth could have huge positive impacts on the share price. You don't have to look much further than APT when it raised capital at $66 and a few months later was knocking on $160.
I'm excited to see what this acquisition will be!
