I am bullish on VMY shares otherwise I wouldn't be in it. VMY has been included in the Global ETFs, another reason for me to be in it. When it gets admitted to other ETFs or indexes, the share price will move up quickly and strongly. Happy to be holding and buying more when the price retraced.
