Can't see this happening. This Board are very switched on, with years of oil and gas experience between them, they know the game they are playing, nothing is left to chance.
STX would have tested the market and made sure our new shareholders (ie 250mil shares) are dependable for holding tight and seeing the vision through or getting properly compensated in the event of an earlier offer -100%!!
If there are big sellers come the 26th they won't be from this bunch.
