At a guess, someone somewhere has seen how JG has progressed Pax, and thinks they want to follow suit.
Someone that JG has crossed digital paths with, maybe MSK, maybe Genentech, maybe someone involved in the Alliance trials.
Someone who is either not in the commercialisation space (MSK?), or someone too big to give the attention a new drug needs. (Genentech?)
Pax is already on its path to commercialisation, and so what Kazia needs is Act II.
It will be interesting to see what rabbit JG pulls out of his hat.
