I'm more a blackjack person and I do enjoy the casino from time to time. One thing you can always be sure of with the casino is that you'll always lose over time. The risks never change.

EXR has continually de-risked, and naturally the price has become more expensive. While there's no guarantee that EXR will be a winner, it's certainly a long way from being a guaranteed loser.

I do agree that anyone planning on going all in on any one stock needs to exercise extreme caution, and that your response was probably more in line with investment philosophy (ie all in on one stock) rather than investment choice (Ie EXR) but if you could point me to the casino which has the payout ratio of EXR I'd be very keen on visiting.
