This all still speculation but from where I stand the K1 report indicates that EXR may not have the chance to materialize its full potential prior to a take over offer, hence a capital raise is required to go above and beyond the original 2021 works plan to fast track the de risking process and come into any take over negotiations from a position of greater strength, I was expecting to wait at least another 2.5 to 3 years but todays announcement is making me rethink that time frame to being brought forward admittedly I am unsure of how quickly

the team has managed dilution incredibly well to date so if they deem it justified to load up the cash balance it’s fine by me. Money will be put to good use. This isn’t a CR to keep the company ticking over, this is a CR to fund accelerated growth. What’s not to like
