bit of a newbie investor here and I know capital raising is the sell of of new shares to the market which dilutes the value of current issued shares, but does capital raising always mean this or can it refer to other means of raising capital such as another company or investor providing funding? could this capital raising announcement perhaps be a possible announcement of some sort of funding or large investor?
