Oh boy this is extremely disappointing. From 18 cents down to an 8 cent raise for 15 odd million is quite a large dilution.
Nothing changes LT but still really frustrating to see, particularly with a lot of us thinking a raise was on the cards around 15 cents... If management were thinking about raising cash within the last few months it is very poor management to not pull the trigger on a raise around these prices.
A missed trick is a huge understatement...
