    The Chairman wants to get the share price down so that First Samuel can dilute small investors to buggery. The share price hit a high of 36 cents just before the trading halt and they doing a raising at 12 cents. shouldn't the fund raising be done closer to 36 cents? If that is not the majority debt and shareholder screwing small investors I don't know what is!
