    I hope you are spot on. My hunch is that this is part of earlier plan to raise cash for launching Eugeni even before SP rose to 40c so we really cannot do anything about the weekly average.

    Despite that, the dilution is immaterial.

    We will all forget about it once we have announcement of contracts (hopefully).
