we have 1.8b shares on issues
$4m to be raised by 26cents will create an extra 15m shares to be divided amongst us.
1.8b divided by 15m, will give each holder around 1 new share for 120 shares held.
if you have 3million shares as example, you would be able to purchase 25000 shares only.
25000 x 26c = $6500
participation probably won't be 100%, so more maybe available but not by many I would think.
