Euroz Hartleys Limited is today undertaking a placement of fully paid ordinary shares in Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK) (Danakali) to raise gross proceeds of approximately A$12.5 million to A$15.0 million, with the ability to accept oversubscriptions of up to a further $5.0 million (Placement).

The Placement is being undertaken at 43 cents (A$0.43) per share, representing a discount of ~14.9% discount to the Company’s last traded price on 26 April 2021 (A$0.505) and a ~17.5% discount to the 5-day VWAP (A$0.521).
