very interesting, however if it was going to run it would have done so already (at least a lil) considering the tenement register has been showing live for at least a few days. you know how sophisticated investors watch those kind of things.
even if we did acquire an essentially no strings attached lease there is still a lot of de-risking to be done like where is Klaus? what's going on with the gekko? and what are classics plans for consolidation (which a good company would have) with that said at least its now a high risk high reward scenario as opposed to an infinite risk no reward situation.
but as is the nature of the market anything could happen.
