    Capital Raising rarely ever good for the company and its share price.

    Just ask Regis Resources share holders. Their CEO reckons their deal is company transforming, yet share price has tanked 20% from announcement, and more than 10% below the Theoretical Ex-Rights Price (TERP),

    I wouldn't be surprised to see share price fall to 13 cents, if capital being raised at 15 cents.

    Management should avoid capital raisings at all cost. I feel sorry for the shareholders.
