Having had time to digest the announcement I’m very pleased with ATX. As discussed at the quarterly they didn’t have the funds to persue phase two in pancreatic ca with the funds on hand. Off recent great results in NAFLD and safe phase 1 completion they are partly de-risked and to snap up capital at a small (10%) discount from Alan Moss (who clearly has great confidence in ATX) and add Acorn Capital to the register is a smart move. It allows ATX to negotiate with partners from a position of strength and continue to push the research forward whilst causing only a small dilution.
