It is part of managements job to think beyond the obvious and allow for unforeseen issues as much as possible. This stock issue looks like it would cover all bases for some time into the future imo. They collect a majority of this plant and the built time will be very quick. Very little waiting time if its waiting onsite for the green light. You can save 12 months of delivery time.
We recently saw someone sell stock to 50c when gold dropped below $1700 and now we are raising real money well above that price.
