Thanks I thought as much.
If Holseth don't own their proportion of the convertibles they wouldn't want to be diluted plus 8% is pretty steep rate & the low share price would me a decent dilution anyway.
Interest was due to be paid soon anyway for the half so it makes sense to tie it up neatly.
