I'm speculating that the capital raise will be at a premium to the last closing share price.
Lets not forget that when Dr T came on board he purchased a large chunk of shares at a premium
and he has mentioned in the past that it can help create a positive market sentiment.
The BOD do not want to water down their investments more than necessary, so lets not jump to negative conclusions.
