I'm not sure Joel will be happy about you posting his email address when the offer is only available to Sophisticated Investors.
Buying on market on Wednesday at a small premium should be the plan for interested retail investors. I'm sure there will be a window until Friday when the shares are 'cum-options'.
The much bigger picture is what the $5m is funding!
