Great to see RAC doing something for existing holders, and accelerating the FTO work is great, hopefully not just for holders, but for the people it could potentially help. I look forward to the actual documents, but from what has been posted here it seems like a great CR for new and current holders.
My only question is we recently had the strategic update on the three pillar strategy; 30 March, and a bit over a month later we are changing gears in quite a significant way.
I am just keen to understated the catalyst, is it as simple as 'opportunity' ie the FTO paper (15 April announcement) and Dr Chen's (16 April) involvement? Or is driven by risk that the aforementioned announcements now have us on big pharma radar, and consequently the Board want to move faster before any offers come in. Might be a bit of both, flip side of the coin I guess.
Any other views on what triggered this?
