I think it'll also make RAC more attractive to larger funds though. I remember dr T stating that an issue in the past was that RAC didn't have 10s of million in the bank, and Dr T needed to explain to funds that this was a good thing but they didn't quite get it.
In general, I dont get the panic of a CR. It depends why the CR happens. Also, Dr T is the biggest holder. He'll get diluted too. If he thinks a CR is a good idea, it more than likely is.
I just hope that MOF don't get to participate!
