We are giving up a bit over 1pct of the company and getting 3.5cents per share additional funding.
Only about 1pct of SOI dilution, but adds 3.5cents plus/share to asset base.
Plus we get options that may be worth 5cts per existing share.
Yes it would have been good to get a pro rata issue at $3.00 but you would end up paying $3mln in investment banking fees to get that done.
