Too many conspiracy theories here. Dozens, scores, hundreds of microcaps follow the same path. Growth story doesn't eventuate, so they get stuck in the death spiral of ever more dilutive Capital Raises and then eventually resort to convertible notes or loans to keep the lights on. I don't think there is any conspiracy, it's just that the addressable market is not big enough and revenue is not growing as predicted.
