I agree with that but my flipside is that if he did not have any nefarious intent then they should have been able to get the money here on the same terms, and on much better terms if they had done it 6 months ago. Until the last month or so cheques were being written for most any spec on the ASX, and this one has a better story than many. Directors have failed massively if we are to believe money here was not available as had they forward planned there was plenty. They didn't want Aussie money on the register. That's my belief and I'm probably wrong.
