I'm guessing they may have only been made aware of these issues this morning. If true, to me this speaks volumes in and of itself. Very convenient that legal issues pop up after delivering a positive update on the progress of the business. I would imagine Rob Newman would have been just as surprised as the rest of us. Given the timing of the announcement, my gut tells me any allegation is only for the purpose of preventing any swift recovery following the positive update.
