Very true. Think about this for a second. According to the JCrap report, Eagleview had considered that Nearmap may have infringed Eagleview's patents - what does Eagleview do? Eagleview lawyers issued warning letters to insurers. You would think that if Eagleview felt confident that Nearmap had a case to answer they would be straight to court instead of approaching clients. It seems Nearmap's recent improvements in NA have not gone down too well at Eagleview HQ.
